Read Write Inc
At our school we teach children to read using the Read Write Inc programme. Children start the programme in Nursery and progress through it throughout KS1.This programme is a synthetic phonic programme which means the children first learn letter sounds and then build up to blending those sounds together to achieve full pronunciation of whole words.
